After the Seer was over powered by the power of the baby and right before he vanquished all present at the time. A powerful seer foresaw the event, stealing the unborn child before he would be lost forever. After giving birth she named him after her father but gave him his father's last name. He grew up away from the pulls of magic and demons so that he would have a normal childhood. Even went to normal schools with normal children. She couldn't give him much but she tried her best, raising him as she was his aunt. With a temporary binding spell placed on him so he would not expose the magical world but still be able to get his powers back. After he started high school he was giving a potion to unbind his abilities, though it would be easier to fight an evil child she wanted to give him some life. Even if he was still evil. His first reaction was a shocked one, he never believed that there could be magic. But at least it explained why he always felt different. He didn't talk to her for a week, wondering what else she had been hiding from him. He didn't have to wonder for long as after the shock of having powers wore off she told him that she wasn't related to him and he was stolen from his real family. He wanted to hate her but he couldn't and continued to go to school after the summer break ended. It was plain to see that her tonic worked and he was not the evil the Seer wanted him to be but he could tell that he wasn't completely good either. Which was completely understandable knowing who and what his father was. He started learning magic with the guidance of his “aunt”. Even after he got his abilities back and found out what he was he still lived a pretty normal life. Staying a safe distance away from the magical world. Knowing one day he couldn't fight being forced into to it. After he graduated college he finally decided to move out away from the women who raised him. Telling her that he was going to San Fransisco, he just thought it would be a nice city to live in. She wrote him two letters to take with him, one he should open right when he got there and the other to give to his mother. After arriving to his apartment he read the letter it told him all about his real family. Looking out the window he knew that the magical world had finally caught up to him. Out of Character.
